As soon as your order is finalized, we will send you an order confirmation email. You will then be informed again when the product is shipped and your tracking number will be communicated to you. Our logistics department ships orders within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of your payment. However, the logistics department reserves the right to extend this period during sales periods or when orders are very busy.

We usually deliver in 3 to 5 business days. The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of restocking of the products ordered, delivery times may be extended from  5 to 7 working days.

In the context of a Colissimo delivery without signature, we disclaim all responsibility for any loss, disappearance or theft of the package.

If following an error of our services your items are not delivered after 60 working days, you will be fully refunded or the items will be returned to you at your convenience.
